In the first hour of operation, the fan remains stationary as the initial fan speed is determined by the current setting when selecting this mode. After one hour, the fan will begin oscillating and adjusting speeds to prevent you from feeling cold due to a constant breeze. As the night progresses, the fan speeds will automatically adjust based on the room temperature to provide a comfortable sleeping experience.

Troubleshooting

If the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode, it is normal for it to start oscillating after one hour of use. If this does not happen, please contact our service team for assistance. During installation, make sure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft, not the curved surface, to ensure optimal air output. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Check to see if a timer was accidentally set, and try resetting it. Ensure that the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or that the screen is manually turned off. When the screen is off, the control panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touches. To adjust the settings, you will need to press the panel twice - once to wake it up and then to make adjustments.
